Clean and wash the asparagus and cook for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain and let cool completely. Cut the puff pastry in 12 strips, each one of 1 cm . Put on each of them a doubled slice of ham Terra del Gusto, then roll all around an asparagus, cutting off any excess of pastry. After having wrapped all the asparagus, place them on a baking tray covered with oven paper. Brush them with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, so that they become golden brown. You can serve warm or cold.
