Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with olive oil and remove it before it burns. Turn off the heat and pour together Pesto "alla Calabrese" Terra del Gusto and ricotta. Stir to mix well.
Once cooked spaghetti in deep salted water, drain "al dente" and season with the sauce. Before serving, you can garnish with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
