Pour the oil in a pan and fry the clove of garlic. Then add the tomatoes cut in half.
Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the black olives paté Terra del Gusto and capers, stirring well to amalgamate ingredients.
Cook Penne in boiling salted water and drain them "al dente". Pour directly into the pan with the sauce and let them cook for a minute.
Garnish with grated Parmesan before serving.
