How to prepare

Mince the beans and the smoked scamorza in a mixer , until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Create small “bowls” with slices of coppa and put in the center of each one a tablespoon of the cream obtained. Serve accompanied by small toasts, breadsticks or crunchy bread.



  • 100 gr Coppa Terra del Gusto
  • 100 gr of peeled beans
  • 100 gr of smoked scamorza.
