Handmake the beef mince with bread soaked in milk, parsley and egg until the mixture is well blended.
Create small balls with the mixture and roll inside some bacon slices with a basil leaf.
Put the dumplings in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, adding the rosemary.
To enhance the flavour, serve with a side of baked potatoes.
