How to prepare

Whisk together all the ingredients for the pancakes, until the mixture is smooth and pour 3 spoons in a nonstick frying pan previously greased. Cook a couple of minutes from both sides. Follow this way with all the pancakes.

Place on top of each pancake a slice of scamorza and one of speck, close in fan-shaped and lay them in a buttered baking tray.

Cover with béchamel and parmesan cheese

Bake at 180 degrees for 15/20 minutes, until the surface becomes golden.


Ingredients (for 9 pancakes)

  • For the pancakes: 250 ml milk, 125 gr of flour, 1 egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • For the filling: 9 slices of smoked scamorza thinly sliced, 9 slices of speck Terra del Gusto.
  • BĂ©chamel (250 gr), 50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese, butter.
