Coppa

Made with an able workmanship of the nek muscles of the pig, coppa can have different connotations and tastes depending on the place of origin. Its production process is reminiscent of ham: in the first part, indeed, the meat is salted with a mixture of salt, pepper and other spices, through a skilful massage.

Preservation Store in refrigerator. Once opened consume the product within 3 days.
