How to prepare

Mix in a bowl the goat cheese with pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Put the rocket in a salad bowl after having washed and dried it well. Flavour with lemon, oil, salt. Lay the slices of bresaola on a work surface and with a teaspoon spread above the goat cheese, homogenously over the entire slice. Then, take a bit of rocket and put it over the spread part. Roll it gently , so that the cheese “seals” the closure. You can serve them whole or cut into rings. Excellent when accompanied by some breadstick.



  • 150 gr of bresaola Terra del Gusto
  • 50 gr of goat's cheese
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • ½ lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
